HAVE YOU NOTICED?

As you know from reading the first two blogs in this series, I became curious about the upcoming Fire Horse 🔥 🐎 energies, when I saw it splashed across my social media in the last few weeks.  As you also know I engaged in some research that I’ve been covering in the last two blogs.  Although this is the 3rd part in a series of three, my plan it to continue to share information with you this upcoming year about the Fire Horse energies and how they are affecting us. 


WHY 2026 IS SO POWERFUL

2026 ushers in a monumental energetic transformation. Marked by the movement into a Universal "1" Year, it is the beginning of a brand-new cycle as we step into the Fire Horse energies of 2026. According to numerology, every year carries a specific vibration calculated by adding its digits. The digits in 2026 equal 10 which reduces to 1.


What starts in a "1" Year sets the tone for the next nine years. Thus, 2026 signals the beginning of a new nine-year cycle; a reset - a beginning - the start of a brand new sequence after so many seasons of endings, lessons, and releasing. The previous nine-year cycle concluded at the end of 2025, and the fresh energy of 2026 invites a total restart. 2017 was the last occurrence of this cycle and the next one is not until 2035.


While 2025 was about clearing karma, 2026 is about building a new foundation and offers a unique opportunity to completely rewrite your story. 2026, based on the powerful rule that good fortune favors the initiator, ushers in a new phase of individual creation.


The "1" vibration acts like a cosmic green light urging you to get busy and build. Your commitment to the journey is key here, and you can trust that the necessary resources will arrive the moment you commit. Those who move first can always rely on this energy backing them.


Your path becomes clear only when you firmly take your first steps, since the Universe responds to motion. Intentional movement generates flow while hesitation attracts obstacles.


2026 emphasizes self-reliance because the past nine years have provided you with all the tools needed to succeed. Above all else, your ultimate compass is to trust your own vision and follow your intuition. You are now being called on to define who you are apart from the expectations of others.


Exercising courage brings rapid results this year and small acts of bravery compound, resulting in massive reality shifts. Throughout 2026 the cosmos cheers for the brave and opens doors for those who knock. So, speak your truth fearlessly, launch your ideas, and make your moves confidently.

2025 was a 9-year numerologically. This signified:

SOME HISTORY - THE YEAR OF THE DRAGON 🐉 - 2024 - MASSIVE TRANSFORMATION

2024 was the Year of the Dragon in Chinese Astrology.  For most of us this included the experience of:

  • Demolition on many levels

  • Exposure – both personal and public

  • Forced awakening

  • Incinerated egos

  • Shattered truths

Weak foundations were dissolved.  Change chose you vs. you choosing change!  Truth revealed itself at new levels, awakening you.  Your masks were literally and figuratively burned away.  Truth collapsed any structure built on fear.  Because your former programs could not evolve with you, you were motivated rather than being penalized 

 

LAST YEAR - THE YEAR OF THE SNAKE 🐍 - 2025 - ALCHEMY, SHEDDING, INTEGRATION

2025 was the Year of the Snake (and does not end until February 16, 2026).  Our collective and individual experience has been one of:

  • Seeking exactness

  • Finding strategies

  • Shedding skin

  • Opting for silence over noise

  • Choosing intelligence over impulse

 

HOW 2025 DIFFERED FROM 2024

You most likely experienced some form of:

  • Quietly rebuilding with intention on your own terms

  • Integrating what you have learned from past years

  • Shedding what you had released from past years

  • Increasing acceptance of your intuition with decreased need to explain

  • Opting to silence your ego voice

  • Replacing impulse with strategy

  • Restructuring with truth – utilizing earnest, measured authority

 

2026 IS THE YEAR OF THE FIRE HORSE  🔥 🐎 - FLEXIBLE GROUNDED NERVOUS SYSTEM, EMBODIED DECISION MAKING, MANIFESTATION IN REAL LIFE

In Chinese Astrology the year does not start until February 17, 2026.  Fire Horse energies will usher in the qualities of:

  • Precise Liberation/Freedom (free of chaos)

  • Movement

  • Vitality/Fire

  • Transformation

  • Strong Internal Safety

  • Confident Action

  • Clear Boundaries

  • Leadership that originates from regulation vs. force

  • Travel

  • Reinventing The Self

 

HOW 2026 WILL DIFFER FROM 2025

Horse years don't move slowly - they push life forward. They demand bold decision, momentum, and action. What you have not faced can no longer keep pace and what you have mastered carries you onward and upward.  You most likely will experience some form of:

  • Masks drop away & outworn patterns collapse - cutting out what's no longer true

  • Stagnation results in discomfort

  • Forward movement - confidently and boldly - with what you have learned from the past - accelerating what's ready

  • Confrontation of everything you have avoided

Big energetic years move through our nervous systems. These upcoming changes will likely be experienced as some form of pressure to the extent that the system remains in survival, unresolved from early traumas, unsourced, or overloaded. The changes will feel more like positive momentum when the nervous system is healed, supported, and regulated. Horse energies require an unencumbered spirit and deep roots.
