Part II: 2025-2026 – Standing at the Intersection - Grateful Endings for New Beginnings Series

LET’S CONTINUE OUR CONVERSATION…

Moving into Part 2 of this series, we find ourselves in the uniquely fruitful time of January continuing thru February 16, 2026. On February 17 the Year of the Fire Horse according to Chinese astrology officially begins. What makes this time so potent is that as the snake energies are coiling down, the Fire Horse energies are awakening.

We are already sensing the difference... Aware that something has changed, or is changing, without knowing what comes next.

This is still the Year of the Snake. And the Snake doesn’t shed all at once. The old skin loosens slowly, sometimes coming off in layers. The old skin is falling off; for some gently, tenderly; while others are not quite finished yet.

THE INTERSECTION

Notice how differently you’re breathing. Now is the time to pause, listen, notice; and feel your way forward instead of forcing it. This matters. There’s a sense of newness nearby, awaiting your presence. Like morning fog lifting just enough to feel the shape of the sun revealing what’s already there waiting for you.

The Fire Horse energy is building, preparing to emerge. Not rushing. Gathering beneath the surface.

This season of intersection doesn’t ask for urgency. It requires self-honesty and pacing so our nervous systems feel safe enough to reveal the truth to us. The momentum will vary by individual. Some feel ready to move now. Others, will stay in the shedding longer. While others will circle back when the foundation feels more solid. That is all part of this intersection rhythm.

There is little to nothing you have to decide today. And you certainly aren’t required to know what’s next. You don’t have to be ‘ready’ yet. Often the most powerful thing you can do is stay present long enough to hear what’s true for you.

If your body wants stillness now – take it. If your heart wants quiet presence, immerse yourself in it. If you don’t feel like explaining, planning or performing today, don’t – schedule it for a future day and time.

Take this time to continue to clear the way for what is to come by emptying out the old – both in your personal physical space as well in your mental and emotional space. Empty your cup so you can refill it again.

This is the space where time reorganizes itself. The snake is finalizing its work with and through you. The Fire Horse is approaching quietly and steadily. You can feel it's warmth and promise.

Regardless of your opinions and your belief system, it is vitally important to leave 2025 behind. Benefitting from what we have learned, free of regret from what we have sacrificed in the coiling grip of the snake’s energies, grateful for a fresh start with new understanding and wisdom.

· The Snake said: “I was not here to destroy your life. I was here to dismantle the one you outgrew.” The Fire Horse says: “I fill and expand what survived.”

· The Snake said: “I closed the doors on things that were no longer aligned.” The Fire Horse says: “I rebuild with what is now in alignment.”

· The Snake said: “I stripped you back to what was real.” The Fire Horse says: “I move you forward with courage and clarity.”

· The Snake said: “I was the necessary ending.” The Fire Horse says: “I am the new beginning you chose.”
