The Lunar Turning
Today, the Year of the Horse begins on February 17, 2026, marked by the Lunar New Moon that opens the Chinese astrological year. In Chinese astrology, time turns with the Moon rather than the calendar, signaling a shift in energetic momentum rather than simply a date.
The lunar year that arrives in mid-February carries a force that can be felt immediately - not as an abstraction. Not as a prediction. But as a tangible shift in pace.
Fire paired with the Horse is rare. It brings speed, heat, and the refusal to be contained.
