The Last Revelations of the Wood Snake

Before the Wood Snake settles in for her 60-year nap on Feb. 17^th, she brings final revelations for the Fire Horse to address in the year ahead. 

So much was revealed last year – and more is still coming.

For many of us, these revelations will mark shifts in perspective, and for some, real-life changes. 

The Snakes’ subtle maneuvering throughout 2025 did more for us than many realized at the time.  It unveiled what had been hidden in plain sight for too long and freed us from commitments, identities, and entanglements that no longer served us. 

The Final Stretch Before Momentum Returns

This week, we are in the final stretch – the flex that gets our blood moving again and brings fresh oxygen to our brains.  Clarity begins to return. Momentum stirs. You may already feel the Fire Horse carrying you forward, even before the year officially turns.

When the Year Actually Begins

The Year of the Fire Horse begins on 17 February 2026, marked by the Lunar New Moon that opens the Chinese astrological year.  In Chinese astrology, time turns with the Moon rather than the calendar, signaling a shift in energetic momentum - not just a date. 

Signs the Collective Energy Has Shifted

We are already witnessing the signs of this collective change:

• Old structures falling away

• Long periods of stagnation ending

• And an inner readiness to move after years of holding, waiting, and recalibration 

What was heavy, confusing, or misaligned has finally loosened its grip. 

While this year moves quickly - bringing breakthroughs, clarity, confidence, and doors opening out of nowhere - the Fire Horse does not arrive to rush us.  It arrives to restore life force, instinct, and forward motion when the soul recognizes it is time.

Movement as Medicine

This is a year that teaches movement as medicine. 

Horse energy is about trusting your instincts, backing yourself, and taking the bold steps you’ve been avoiding

No more:

• Overthinking 

• Playing small. 

• Pretending you don’t want the life you actually want. 

The Horse does not wait for external permission.  It trusts the body’s wisdom and moves in alignment rather than exhaustion. 

What Begins to Grow Now

Everything planted during the chaos of 2025 starts to grow now – visibly, decisively, and without apology.  As the world continues to reshape itself, this cycle supports courage rooted in truth, not pressure. 

Your path forward will not reveal itself all at once.  It opens as you move… step by step… through honest choices and embodied direction.  Freedom returns the moment you stop adjusting your pace to stay comfortable or accepted.
